Return Policy

Returned products must be current running line items, and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All returned materials are subject to terra legno final approval, and must have a pre-approved Return Authorization Number.
All materials must be returned within 60 days of the invoice date.
No returns on special order or non-stock materials.
Packaging and product must be in the same condition as delivered. No returns on damaged materials.
Restocking charges: all freight costs, and a 20% restocking charge with a minimum charge of $50.00 per return.
Returns are limited to full cartons, or as materials were sold.
No restocking charges for defective materials, or due to terra legno error.
Return policy is subject to change without notice.

All orders require a purchase order, emailed to terra legno customer service at orders@terralegno.com, and final confirmation by terra legno, LTD.
Prices for stock items are FOB NJ in USD. Container orders are shipped FOB US port.
Delivery is available on a per-quote basis.

Installation of any flooring constitutes acceptance of its quality, grade, milling, color and finish.
The use of non-approved maintenance products may damage the finish of a floor and will void the warranty. In the interest of good customer service, and to ensure that non-damaging wood flooring cleaners formulated for oil finishes and approved for daily maintenance are used, all orders for terra legno UV-cured oil finish products are automatically ordered with Hydro Cleaner wood floor cleaner.
All custom and non-stock orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit when ordered.
