Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information terra legno, LTD (“terra legno”, “we”, “us”) collects through terralegno.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

When you request samples, a quote or a specification, we ask for details such as your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping address and project information. We use this only to send your samples, answer your request and follow up about your project.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to run and protect the site. We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work, for example to remember the samples in your cart. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and fulfil your requests, such as our website host and the carriers who deliver samples. If you use the room visualizer, it is provided by Roomvo, and any photo you upload is handled under Roomvo’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep request and order details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we collect or use information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
